Mass notification for K-12 districts
The message that has to reach every family, by 7am.
Transmit sends closures, lockdowns, late buses and everyday announcements over SMS, email, voice and push, with consent checked per channel and every send written to the audit log.
No sign-up. The demo runs on a sample district, and texts, calls and email are simulated: nothing is actually sent.
Four channels
SMS, email, voice and push from one composer.
Consent per channel
Checked independently before a send list is counted.
One message per phone
De-duplicated by destination, not by contact record.
Every send audited
Written to the audit log with actor and time.
Built around what a district actually sends
Emergencies and transport on the channels that interrupt; academics and events on the ones that wait. The demo opens the working app on a sample district, not a screenshot.

What district IT can check
Row-level security scoped to signed-in staff, reads that require an active staff record, and an audit trail of permission changes and system events.
Entra ID and Google Workspace
Connect either as an OIDC provider, and map directory groups to Transmit roles.
Audit trail
Permission changes and system events are logged with actor, timestamp and IP address.
Role-based access
Granular permissions across notifications, contacts, analytics and administration.
Breakglass access
A separate emergency sign-in path keeps critical alerts flowing during an SSO outage.
See it with a district’s worth of data.
